We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before purchasing. All sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will assess the item and, where a fault is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion in accordance with ACL.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on. This is consistent with standard practice across the Australian jewellery industry and recognised under consumer hygiene exemptions. Faulty earrings are fully covered under ACL and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Custom pieces made through Create with Mili are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically to your specifications. This does not affect your rights under ACL in the case of a major fault.
